The Company

Netizencall is a French company specialized in remote customer relationships in a multichannel and multilingual environment.

Originally created in 2004 in Chisinau, Moldova, under the name of Judirec, the company has taken a new lease of life in 2008 being bought out by a French group.

It is in 2011 when the company established its head office in France at 129 boulevard Saint Germain 75006 Paris, under the name of Netizencall.

Since then, our company has expanded by integrating its staff of specialists of the French market in order to respond to specific requirements of a demanding customer base searching a privileged relationship with their clients.

Netizencall has developed a full range of services adapted to French and international companies to support them in reaching their goals.

Our call center in Moldova differentiates and positions us as the customer relationship specialists of the Eastern countries.
